1. Contact me via the contact page. We will discuss your expectations, final cost, and the estimated time of delivery of the completed portrait. I will make every effort to accommodate gift or special occasion dates. Our written communication will serve as our contract.

2. You will be provided with a mailing address to send appropriate reference photos. (See the Photo Tips page) Please include a 50% deposit of the agreed upon price, by certified bank check or U.S. Postal money order. Of course, send me your complete contact and delivery information.

3. When the portrait is completed, I will email a copy to ensure I met all your expectations. To date, I have had 100% approval of my work and expect to continue my winning streak with you! Soon after my receipt of your remaining balance due (which will include shipping), greet the delivery truck driver and open your newly completed portrait!
